приемлемый депозитарий; надежный депозитарий; депозитарий, отвечающий требованиям SEC
1) осуществлять деятельность по централизованному хранению ценных бумаг и расчетов по сделкам с ценными бумагами в стране, в которой данный депозитарий зарегистрирован в качестве юридического лица, или являться международной системой для хранения и осуществления расчетов с ценными бумагами
2) работать под контролем национального финансового регулирующего органа;
3) предоставлять кастодиану - участнику расчетно-депозитарной системы услуги по хранению активов на равных условиях с другими участниками;
4) вести учет активов участников отдельно друг от друга и от активов самого депозитария;
5) периодически предоставлять участникам отчетность по хранению активов, в т.ч. уведомления об осуществлении переводов с/на счет участника; и
6) проходить регулярные проверки со стороны органов надзора или независимых аудиторов
